There are currently two ways you can contribute to the project:
1. Take part in the draft model and framework consultation
Go to Resources to access the draft model and framework and the consultation questionnaire.
2. Consider helping to test the framework in use
Following the consultation, we will be looking for a small number of Primary Care Networks or other NHS-funded providers to test the framework with the people they coach. The support of senior decision-makers at your provider will be required. We will announce the application process for the testing phase soon.
